Inventory Orders

Custom Orders
Feel free to contact us regarding your upcoming project or idea. We will work with you through email and send several pictures of different pieces wood that we have in inventory, you can choose the pieces that you like best and through this process we can design something for you. You will receive emails as we progress through your design so you can be a part of the project "coming to life".
You are more than welcome to stop by our shop anytime and personally look through our collection of wood, we will listen to your ideas and help come up with a design that is perfect for you.
Once a design and price has been agreed upon, we require 50% down and the remaining 50% upon completion of the project. This price does not include shipping or delivery.
You have 7 days to cancel and order, if the project has already begun the deposit will be forfeited.
Shipping
You can get an estimate prior to shipping, remember that this is only an estimate. We do not know the exact shipping until the item has been crated or packaged, this will give us our true dimensions and weight.
If you have ordered very large items or multiple items and live within a close proximity, we would be happy to deliver the items. If you live further out and would like to meet halfway, we would be happy to do so.
If your item arrived damaged, call the shipping or freight company immediately to file a claim. If the item has been scratched, you will be required to get an estimate from a wood refinisher in your area. Or we can supply an estimate to have the item shipped back to us for repairs. After you claim has been approved the shipping company will give you the go ahead to have the item repaired. DO NOT start on the repair process until the claim has been approved, in some cases they will send a claims investigator out to assess the damage.
If the item is damaged beyond repair, we will work with you on designing a similar piece which will be paid for and shipped at the shipping companies expense.

Warranty
How long is the lifetime warranty?
"professionally" packed and shipped. Note: If a claim is
made under the warranty program after an item has been
moved, you must provide the moving/shipping company's bill
of lading that indicates the item(s) were delivered in
satisfactory condition.
